Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing administrative support and a proven track record of successful customer service. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing incoming mail, ordering office supplies, and other tasks as required. Additionally, they must maintain records of office activities and ensure all work is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working with computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
