Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational tasks related to office organization and operations. The main duties include managing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate must be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in office management
• Proven track record in efficient administrative management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
