Job Title: Bank Teller – Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1700 AED per month

Position Summary:
We are looking for a bank teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to accurately handle transactions, and possess excellent communication skills. We are open to considering a foreign national with no experience for this role.

Demands for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to accurately handle transactions and cash handling experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of computers and related technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, assess their needs, answer questions, provide solutions, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Accurately process all financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing etc.
• Ensure accuracy of customer account records by entering information into the system correctly.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations by verifying customer identification documents.
