We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate should have a proven record of recruiting top talent in the local area, and be familiar with the Abu-Dhabi job market.

Job Description:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and assessing potential candidates for a variety of roles across our company. You’ll coordinate with hiring managers to assess their staffing needs and develop strategies to identify suitable candidates. In addition, you’ll also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including but not limited to interviewing candidates, conducting background checks and processing offers.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in recruitment in Abu-Dhabi
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English is required (other languages are an advantage)
• We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
