Job Description:
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping department, including hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating staff. The Housekeeper will also be required to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and presentable at all times while adhering to health & safety regulations. The individual should possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike. Furthermore, they will need to ensure that laundry processes are efficient and cost-effective.
Requirements:
A minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial role within hospitality/hotel industry; Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards; Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Proficiency in English language; Degree in hospitality/hotel management desirable but not essential.
