Housekeeping Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager with 2 years of experience to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-profile and luxurious environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the hotel.

Job Description:
• Supervise the cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard
• Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and maintained regularly
• Develop and implement efficient systems to manage supplies, linen, and other consumables
• Develop and implement guidelines, policies, and procedures related to housekeeping operations
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, etc., and place orders as required
• Investigate guest complaints related to cleanliness or service issues
• Respond quickly and efficiently to guest queries or requests
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is essential
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities
