We are looking to hire a Secretary for our office in Sharjah. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administrative and secretarial support to the management team and other staff members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, taking notes during meetings, and other clerical duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be reliable and proactive in their work, have good problem-solving abilities and be comfortable working under pressure. They should also have a strong command of the English language (both written and spoken) as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
