Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600 QAR/Month
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and coordinate efficient office operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as necessary
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Managing the flow of paper work in and out of the office
• Filing documents as required
• Maintaining a database of contacts, clients and suppliers
• Preparing documents in response to requests for information or reports
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant staff member or department
• Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience working in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
