We are now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with customers in a professional manner. They should also have good organizational skills and be able to coordinate the daily restaurant operations efficiently. We are also ready to consider hiring an immigrant without prior experience in this role.

The primary responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager include: managing staff scheduling and payroll; ensuring quality customer service; monitoring employee performance; developing menus; and tracking restaurant sales and profits. The manager will also need to ensure that all health & safety regulations are followed at all times, as well as implement new business strategies to drive sales growth.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications: strong leadership skills; excellent communication & customer service skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations; experience with financial management (e.g., budgeting); and an understanding of food trends & industry standards. A degree in hospitality or business management would also be beneficial, but not required for this role.
