Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who works well under pressure, is organized and detail-oriented, and can maintain a professional appearance in a corporate environment. The position comes with a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who have no prior experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant your primary duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and reports, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings and events, maintaining office supplies inventory, organizing travel arrangements, setting up audio-visual equipment for meetings or presentations and performing other clerical duties as assigned by management. You will also be expected to help maintain a high level of customer service throughout the organization by providing courteous assistance to colleagues when needed.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who can juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Additionally you should have knowledge of office procedures such as data entry or record keeping. The ideal candidate should also have a friendly demeanor that allows them to build strong relationships with colleagues quickly and easily.
