Our office is looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer service and support the day-to-day operations of the office. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, data entry, creating reports, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling incoming mail as well as checking emails regularly to ensure that all inquiries are responded to promptly.
To qualify for this position, applicants must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent certification along with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong attention to detail. Candidates must also have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word as well as excellent customer service skills.
