Job Title: Office Assistant

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• No experience required; we are ready to consider candidates with no experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, mail sorting etc.
• Organizing office operations and procedures such as handling calls or emails from customers and other stakeholders.
• Answering the main telephone line and routing calls appropriately.
• Managing schedules and calendars for the office staff members; coordinating meetings, conferences, events and travel arrangements.
• Providing support to the management team; researching information when needed.
• Maintaining office supplies by checking stocks; placing orders; evaluating new products.
