Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bank Teller for a full-time, permanent position at our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable banking experience.
Responsibilities:
β’ Greet customers, process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions in a timely manner.
β’ Verify customer identification and account information.
β’ Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and banking services.
β’ Balance cash drawer regularly according to procedure.
β’ Accurately process all transactions according to bank regulations and procedures.
β’ Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
β’ Maintain accurate records of all transactions and comply with all banking regulations.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned by management or branch personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred but not required.
β’ Previous banking or customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
β’ Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.
β’ Must be highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
β’ Must be able to successfully pass a background check as well as comply with bank security regulations at all times.
