Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bank Teller for a full-time, permanent position at our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable banking experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions in a timely manner.
• Verify customer identification and account information.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and banking services.
• Balance cash drawer regularly according to procedure.
• Accurately process all transactions according to bank regulations and procedures.
• Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and comply with all banking regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or branch personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Must be highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check as well as comply with bank security regulations at all times.
