Recruiter vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a position based in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1500 AED. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent knowledge of best practices and trends in recruitment and selection
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Great organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer literacy (MS Office, databases, spreadsheets)
• Knowledge of labor legislation would be an asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening new candidates, conducting interviews, arranging job postings, updating recruitment databases and producing accurate reports. He/she will also need to provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
