Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering applications from foreigners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support across the office and working with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls/emails and redirecting inquiries when necessary
* Managing daily office operations, including ordering and stocking supplies, setting up meeting and conference rooms, etc.
* Coordinating schedules between colleagues
* Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, copying, etc.
* Maintaining office records, including personnel files and financial documents
* Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements when needed
* Assisting in the preparation of reports or presentations as requested
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
* Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required
