Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the office, provide support to the staff, and handle administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will coordinate with other departments within the organization, manage documents, organize meetings and maintain records.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
• Good knowledge of office procedures and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
• We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
