We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and responding to emails and calls. The successful candidate should also have excellent typing speed and be able to handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing expense reports and compiling billing information.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience as a Secretary preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and stay organized
• Must be comfortable working with diverse cultures

Salary: 1700 QAR per month
