Office assistant vacancy in Zayed City UAE for foreigners
Zayed City is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team! We’re offering a salary of 1400 for this position. We are willing to consider immigrants as well.
The successful candidate must possess 2+ years of experience in handling office duties, including filing, data entry, customer service, and administrative support. They must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and prioritizing their workload.
We require the candidate to have a strong command of English written and spoken language, with excellent communication skills necessary for communication with clients and other staff members. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as knowledge in standard office equipment such as printers, fax machines, etc. They should also be capable of handling clerical duties such as answering phones/emails, filing documents, and making travel arrangements.
The successful candidate must possess a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy helping people. An eye for detail is essential to ensure all paperwork is accurately processed and compliant with Zayed City standards. The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively is also required for this role.
