Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
Responsibilities
• Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Assist with organizing events and meetings
• Handle mail delivery and distribution
• Manage office systems including computers, printers, faxes, phones, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
