We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi! As the Secretary, you will be supporting the team by providing administrative assistance to different departments. Your regular duties will include scheduling meetings, maintaining and coordinating files and records, preparing correspondence, handling incoming calls, and organizing travel arrangements. You should have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. A high school diploma is required; however, having a college degree is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with valid work permits. The salary offered is 1400 AED per month.
