Job Summary
Office Manager position, Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Manager to help run our operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the office staff, coordinate administrative tasks, and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the office's financial budget and ensuring all paperwork is up to date and properly filed.
Needs for the Candidate:
⢠Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
⢠5+ years of experience in a similar role.
⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills.
⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
⢠Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
⢠Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing). Additional languages preferred but not required (Arabic).
