Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This person will also oversee office staff, maintain office supplies, coordinate meetings and events, and provide customer service support.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office including overseeing staff members; ordering supplies; managing the filing system; maintaining equipment; coordinating meetings/events; providing customer service support; etc.
• Answering phone calls/emails in a timely manner; responding to inquiries from staff members in a professional manner
• Supervising administrative staff members; delegating tasks as needed
• Developing effective internal procedures for efficient workflow
