Office clerk job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced office clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
As an office clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This will involve handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining filing systems, processing orders, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, creating reports and other related tasks. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring that records are up to date and properly filed.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide a high level of customer service while working independently with minimal supervision. You should have a good knowledge of office software and be familiar with document management systems. An understanding of basic accounting principles would be beneficial but not necessary.
The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month plus benefits such as health insurance and vacation time. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants or from outside the UAE as long as they have the necessary paperwork in place.
