Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1800 AED
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office including filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments and coordinating events
• Maintain office supplies by ordering, stocking and managing inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, documents and other materials as required
• Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least two years of administrative experience in an office setting
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) • Fluency in English (written/spoken)
