Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1800 AED
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage day-to-day operations of the office including filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments and coordinating events
β’ Maintain office supplies by ordering, stocking and managing inventory
β’ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, documents and other materials as required
β’ Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
β’ Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
β’ At least two years of administrative experience in an office setting
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) β’ Fluency in English (written/spoken)
