The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and experience in administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing meetings, answering phones, taking messages etc. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) is also beneficial but not essential.
