Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal work experience who wants to gain valuable skills and experience in office management.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, organizing paperwork, answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, arranging travel plans and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence and other tasks as assigned.
Our Secretary should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zendesk is a plus.
