Accountant vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE


We are looking for an experienced Accountant for a full-time position in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant should have a minimum of three years of experience in accounting and finance, with excellent knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping.

The role involves:

• Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statements, trial balances)
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Reviewing the accuracy of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Analyzing financial data and generating reports as required.
• Maintaining records of all financial transactions.
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring spending against the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures regarding all accounting functions.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Peachtree is preferred but not required.
• Strong mathematical skills; attention to detail; problem solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

This is a full time position offering a salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits package depending on qualifications. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
