Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month and is open to foreign candidates. The ideal candidate should be able to perform all administrative tasks efficiently and professionally, while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or individual
• Answer phones, respond to emails and take messages
• Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Prepare agendas for meetings with external partners or clients
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary in an office setting required
• Good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office) required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks required
