We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar position and a working knowledge of office procedures and systems.
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of 1400 and excellent benefits including medical insurance, paid holidays, flexible working hours, and a friendly working environment.
The Office Manager's key responsibilities include overseeing administrative staff; preparing reports; organizing meetings; coordinating with external stakeholders; responding to customer inquiries; managing office supplies; and maintaining records. You should also be able to identify areas for improvement in the office procedures and suggest solutions to enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should also have good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel and Word. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
