We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have the ability to manage, oversee and organize all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. The Office Manager will be reporting directly to the higher-level manager.
Requirements for the candidate include: minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to prioritize tasks; ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment; knowledge of computer software programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.; ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
The Office Manager's duties include but are not limited to: managing operations within a budget; coordinating office procedures; organizing staff meetings; preparing reports on office activity; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; supervising administrative staff; ordering supplies and equipment when necessary.
Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; knowledge of accounting principles and financial management techniques; experience with customer service initiatives and strategies, preferably in an office environment; experience working with data entry systems, database management, record keeping systems and filing systems.
The salary for this position is AED 1300 per month. We are prepared to consider candidates from abroad who satisfy the requirements outlined above.
