We are currently seeking an experienced Bank Teller to join our staff in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1000. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking environment. They must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to handle customer inquiries and transactions with accuracy and efficiency. In addition, they should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling customer inquiries/requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Greeting customers in a professional manner and providing high-quality customer service
• Completing teller transactions accurately and efficiently
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding and following all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and controls relating to teller operations
• Assisting customers with inquiries or complaints regarding their accounts
• Maintaining the security of the bank premises at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking environment
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
