Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and possess strong organisational and time management skills.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies. The Office Administrator will also be expected to support the management team with day-to-day operations, including handling customer inquiries and dealing with any complaints or issues that arise.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong problem solving abilities. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential. Fluency in English is also required, while knowledge of Arabic is preferable but not essential.
