Requirements for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, be proficient in Microsoft Office or other software packages, and have excellent written and spoken English language skills. Job Responsibilities:
As the Secretary of our office in Sharjah, your main responsibilities will include organizing meetings and appointments, preparing agendas and presentations for meetings, taking minutes during meetings, handling correspondence (including emails), filing documents properly according to established systems, managing incoming phone calls professionally, attending to visitors’ inquiries efficiently, assisting with basic administrative duties such as photocopying/scanning documents etc., providing secretarial support to the executive team when required, and maintaining office supplies inventories.
