Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are a growing business in the city of Doha, Qatar and we are looking for a secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all communication is handled in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease. Additionally, they must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess a good knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
The primary duties of the secretary will include managing incoming calls, emails and other forms of communication; responding to customer inquiries; scheduling meetings; taking accurate notes during meetings; preparing agendas; preparing reports; organizing documents; maintaining filing systems; performing data entry tasks; making travel arrangements; and more.
