We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Job Description:
- Managing daily office operations, including filing, photocopying, faxing and mail distribution
- Answering phone calls and providing customer service
- Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
- Maintaining records of office expenses and preparing budget reports
- Assisting with payroll processing and other accounting tasks when necessary
- Performing data entry and maintaining databases
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Management)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
