We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Sharjah! We are offering a salary of 1200 AED per month and are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.
This is an entry-level position that does not require any previous experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative assistance to support the smooth running of our business. The main duties of the Office Assistant will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, sorting mail, organizing meetings, greeting visitors and ensuring common areas are clean and tidy.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be well organized with great attention to detail and have strong interpersonal skills. They should also have basic computing knowledge including MS Office suite and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they had experience working in a similar role previously.
