Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at our Sharjah location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating merchandising activities for our store. This role involves working with vendors, store staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure product selection meets customer needs
• Monitor product inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery of products
• Coordinate with store staff to display merchandise in an attractive manner
• Assist customers with product selections
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and promotional activities
• Update vendor information as needed
• Manage merchandising budget to stay within allotted amounts
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field
• Proven experience in merchandising or retail management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
