We are looking for an accountant to join our team in Bani Yas City. Our company offers a competitive salary of 900 AED per month and we are also willing to consider an immigrant for the role. The job description for this position includes management of all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, cost controls, tax planning, and auditing. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The main responsibilities include: monitoring daily cash flow; processing payments; reconciling bank statements; preparing monthly financial reports; identifying discrepancies in financial records; assisting in budget preparation; preparing balance sheets; assisting with audits; working closely with external auditors; managing accounts payable/receivable; filing taxes accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred); knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); strong problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred); experience with computerized accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks); proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
