We are seeking an efficient Office Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our company in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
The successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask while focusing on the task at hand. They should be organized and proactive, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being comfortable in using digital tools. The Office Assistant will need to demonstrate initiative when completing tasks.
The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: providing administrative support including filing, data inputting and dealing with incoming emails; screening phone calls/visitors; scheduling appointments; preparing documents; maintaining records; organizing meetings; and supporting other teams when required. Additionally, the Office Assistant may need to undertake additional tasks or projects that may arise from time to time.
