Office Assistant Job Opening in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and other office duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and take accurate messages.
• Greet customers in person or on the telephone.
• Assist in setting up meetings or events.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and updating records.
• Organize files, documents, and other office materials in an orderly fashion.
• Prepare outgoing mailings by collating materials and addressing envelopes.
• Scan documents into computer systems and ensure accuracy of data entry into databases.
• Create reports based on requested information from management team members.
• Assist with other office duties as assigned by management team members.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role in Abu-Dhabi is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment • Willingness to learn new skills quickly
