We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser for our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Experience in merchandising, retail or marketing
• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English language (Arabic is a plus)

Job Description:
The Merchandiser is responsible for analyzing market data, developing product lines based on customer needs, setting prices, negotiating with vendors, developing promotional strategies and ensuring product availability at all times. The role also involves researching new trends in the market, managing inventory levels, monitoring sales performance and creating reports. The successful candidate must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that will support the organization’s goals.
