Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods between locations, loading/unloading cargo, and delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a valid truck driver’s license, experience driving trucks of varying sizes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Transport goods and materials between locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Load/unload cargo according to best practices for safety and efficiency.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries made.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, as well as company policies and regulations while on the road.
• Manage fuel by monitoring fuel consumption levels, avoiding unnecessary idling, refueling when necessary, etc.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:
• Valid truck driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience driving trucks of varying sizes (light duty/heavy duty).
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of applicable traffic laws and regulations governing trucks on the road.
• Ability to read maps/navigational systems correctly and efficiently plan routes accordingly.
• Good customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure or during difficult situations with customers or traffic conditions on the road.

Salary: 900 AED per month
