Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the management team. Your duties will include providing customer service, managing incoming calls, maintaining records, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. You must also ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Demands for the Candidate:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role is required as well as proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.

Salary: 900 AED per month
