Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of office management experience and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office, while coordinating with other departments as necessary. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture
• Ensure office is well maintained and organized
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
• Oversee all administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, arranging couriers and mailings
• Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional projects
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries
• Prepare documents such as presentations, reports, memos, letters and other correspondence
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant office management experience required
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Immigrant status acceptable • Salary: 900 AED per month
