We are a growing business in Abu-Dhabi and we are currently searching for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month and the possibility of working with us as part of a diverse and stimulating team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including carrying out clerical tasks such as managing files, preparing documents, arranging meetings, and providing general office support. We expect the candidate to have 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing systems and archives
- Provide general administrative assistance to the organization
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service
- Manage incoming calls in a professional manner
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Complete other office tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years' experience in an office setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
