We are seeking an experienced Administrator for a full-time position located in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
The primary responsibility of the Administrator is to manage and coordinate all administrative activities. This includes overseeing office operations and procedures, providing support to staff members, preparing reports and documents, organizing meetings and events, managing databases, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and working with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication abilities (both verbal and written). They will be able to work independently or as part of a team, have excellent problem solving skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly. The successful candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
This position offers an attractive salary package of 1000 per month. We are open to consider applicants who are immigrants if they can demonstrate their ability to fulfill all requirements of this role.
