We are looking for an energetic and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi with minimal work experience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to handle multiple tasks at once comfortably. Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least some work experience in office administration or related fields. They should also have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also an advantage. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants if they meet our requirements.

Responsibilities of the Role:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the office including finance, sales and customer service. Daily tasks include preparing invoices & reports, providing customer support over the phone or via email as well as managing incoming mail & shipments. Additionally they will be responsible for maintaining office records such as filing systems or databases as well as scheduling meetings & appointments when necessary.
