Secretary vacancy in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for a motivated and organized Secretary to help manage our office in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
As a Secretary, your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, ordering office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, sorting mail, filing documents and creating presentations. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and providing general administrative support when needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. In addition, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is also essential along with a good command of Arabic (if applicable).
