Job Description:
We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a retail store in Doha. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, as well as providing direction and support to staff. You will monitor customer service, stock levels, and employee performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Needs For The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail environment. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable in current laws and regulations related to retail operations. Fluency in English is also required for this role.
