Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have experience in office administration and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. The salary is 900 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.
Needs of the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, be highly organized, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Preparing reports for management review
- Maintaining an efficient filing system to ensure easy retrieval of data
- Organizing meetings and other events as required
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents etc.
